The Board of Governors of the State Bar of Wisconsin
at its August meeting elected William Hess of Wausau as one of its representatives on the House of Delegates of
the America Bar Association.
The House of Delegates is the policy-making body of the association. The
control and administration of the ABA is vested in the House of Delegates. Action
taken by the House of Delegates on specific issues becomes official ABA policy.
Established in 1936, The House of Delegates meets twice each year, at ABA Annual and Midyear Meetings.
Hess will participate in his first meeting of the House of Delegates in February in Orlando, Florida.
